I ordered three units (Excavator, loader and truck) all units worked fine. Initially we had a problem with two of the three chargers but I contacted customer service and without hesitation they replaced them promptly. These are toys so you should not expect any more than is advertised as far as performance. All worked well but you must make sure batteries are fully charged in both unit and controller. Over all very pleased with the order.
