We take every care to ensure your order is wrapped and packed carefully, so that it reaches you in the best possible condition. However, sometimes damages and breakages during transit do occur. If your goods arrive in a faulty or damaged state, please get in touch with us immediately to arrange a return. For more information, see our Returns Policy.

Non-deliveries should be reported within a respectable time period in order for us to make the necessary investigations. You will be advised of a delivery timeline when you place your order; please allow up to five working days on top of this before contacting us. If your delivery has failed to arrive within those five working days, then please get in touch as a matter of urgency and we will investigate on your behalf.

All U.S. deliveries are free with no minimum purchase limit. Delivery charges will apply to overseas addresses; these vary by destination so will be calculated at the checkout stage. If you have any queries regarding overseas deliveries then please get in touch via the Contact Us page.

Restrictions

Restrictions apply to the shipping of harmful and dangerous chemicals to overseas addresses. Please note that fuel and aerosol products, such as spray paint and motor cleaner, can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Batteries containing lithium, such as Lithium Ion (Li-Ion), Lithium Ferrite (Li-Fe), Lithium Polymer (Li-Po), and Lithium Metal, can only be shipped to U.S. addresses, where ground delivery is available. To find out if these restrictions apply to your locality, please contact us.
